This policy explains what PuppyStart OS collects, why, and what control you have over it.
What we collect
Account details you give us: your email address, and optionally a display name, bio and profile photo.
Puppy details you enter: your puppy's name, breed, age, size, your living situation and your experience level. We use these only to build your plan.
Usage data: pages visited and actions taken inside the app, stored with a random session identifier so we can see where people get stuck.
Anything you post in the community, including photos you upload.
Why we collect it
To generate and save your personalized puppy plan.
To send you the free checklist and the follow-up emails you signed up for.
To operate accounts, logins and paid access.
To understand and improve how the product performs.
Advertising and measurement
We advertise this product on third-party platforms. When measurement is enabled and permitted where you are, those platforms receive a signal that a page was viewed or a purchase happened, so we can tell which ads work.
Where consent is required, we ask for it before any advertising or measurement tags run, and we honour a refusal. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who else sees your data
Our hosting and database provider, which stores your account and plan data.
Our email provider, which delivers the emails you asked for.
Our AI provider, which processes your training questions in order to answer them. Please do not include sensitive personal information in those questions.
Advertising platforms, limited to the measurement signals described above.
How long we keep it
Account and plan data is kept while your account exists. Email leads are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Usage data is kept for up to 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing support@puppystart.app. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it. Deleting your account deletes your plans, progress and posts.
Children
This product is not intended for anyone under 16.
