    If you are not satisfied with a purchase, email support@puppystart.app within 30 days of buying and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

    How to request one

    Email support@puppystart.app from the address on your account and include your order date. We reply within 2 business days and refunds reach your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

    Subscriptions

    You can cancel a subscription at any time from your profile page. Cancelling stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. The most recent subscription charge is refundable within 30 days under the guarantee above.

    If something went wrong, please email us first — we will almost always resolve it faster than your bank can.
