What the service is

PuppyStart OS provides puppy-raising information: a personalized checklist, a daily schedule, a shopping list, a vaccine reference timeline, a weekly training program, a member community and an AI training assistant.

Not veterinary or professional advice

Everything in this product, including AI-generated answers, is general educational information. It is not veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a licensed veterinarian or a qualified in-person trainer.

Vaccine timelines are a general reference only. Always follow the schedule your own veterinarian sets.

If your puppy is unwell, injured, or showing aggression, contact a veterinarian or qualified behaviourist immediately.

You are solely responsible for decisions you make about your animal.

Your account

You must give an accurate email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.

Purchases and billing

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in the currency stated at checkout. Any amount displayed in your local currency is an approximate conversion for reference only.

One-time purchases give you ongoing access to the content included in that plan. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your profile; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Community rules

Be civil. Do not post abuse, harassment, spam, advertising, illegal content, or anything you do not have the right to share. Do not give medical advice presented as professional advice. We may remove posts and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Content ownership

You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us permission to display it inside the product. Our own content, plans and materials remain ours and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Do not resell or redistribute them.

Availability and liability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
